New Client Information- Please read
First Time Clients & Deposits
Please read through the policies and preparation recommendations prior to booking your service. Once you have selected the service that is right for you, book your preferred time-slot. You will receive a confirmation shortly, where you will be given details regarding your appointment.
All first -time bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment which goes towards the cost of your service. The deposit can be sent via E-transfer and is completely refundable if changes or a cancellation is requested within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. To confirm your appointment, please respond to the confirmation email and send the deposit no later than 24 hours before the appointment. In the event of a no-show or last minute cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited. If the deposit is not sent prior to the required date, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and you'll be required to rebook for another time.
La Strada's Policies:
- Wearing a mask is up to you, whatever you are most comfortable with.
- Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment.
- If you are running more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule and pay the cancellation fee.
- No guests, please.
- La Strada does not accept foreign fills. If you currently have lashes on, please book a removal and a full set or wait for the current extensions to naturally shed before booking a full set.
- If you are under the age of 18, you will require a parent/guardian to sign off on your service. Please reach out before your appointment and I can email you a wavier to bring in singed.
- Fills booked after 21 days are an additional $20. Fills booked after 28 days are considered full sets.
- Please be respectful and kind.
How to Prepare for Lash Application:
- Arrive to your appointment makeup-free with clean lashes.
- If you wear contacts, please remove them prior to application.
- It is recommended to avoid caffeine before your appointment in order to relax.
- Comfort above all! Wear something you can comfortably lay in. (No judgement if you show up in pyjamas).
- Take note that you will have your eyes closed for the entire duration of the appointment, so no phone calls please.
- You will be required to avoid moisture and humidity for 24 hours after your appointment- shower the day of your lash service to avoid shock glue curing.
- You are welcome to bring headphones for music or a podcast to pass the time.

Payment options
La Strada Beauty is excited to offer clients the option of Square payments. Services can be payed for in cash, debit or any major credit card, and receipts can be provided via email or text message.
